GeneDisc Pseudomonas
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a major cause of nosocomial infections. It grows in warm and cold water. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is usually tested for hospital water networks, spas and drinking water.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa also represent a threat to producers of bottled drinks. Indeed, if it is detected, the entire production line needs to be decontaminated and verified before re-starting the installation.
- The GeneDisc Pseudomonas enables a detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in less than 6 hours.
The limit of detection of the GeneDisc Cycler provides a guarantee of absence in 250 mL.
Thanks to the easy- to-use Pall GeneDisc® solution, this rapid control may be applied onsite or through a service laboratory so as to :
- Map water networks and Target maintenance and treatment actions
- Monitor water networks and have Early Detection of proliferation.
- Measure treatment efficiency and Restart water networks.
The Pall GeneDisc® technology can deal with large-scale of throughput and may be installed onsite, or may be used through service labs. Please contact us for a list a service labs available.
