Pall GeneDisc® System Presentation at PDA Meeting

Don't miss out - make sure to attend the PDA's forthcoming 4th Annual Global Conference on Pharmaceutical Microbiology in Bethesda, MD from October 5th to 8th, where you will learn about the latest in rapid microbiology methods.

qPCR technology is now simple, effective and suitable for pharmaceutical release. During the 'New Technologies' session at 1.30pm on Tuesday Oct 6th, Pall's Peter Ball PhD will present on 'A Rapid Alternative to Classical Microbiological Methods', providing a key insight into the technology and its applications in pharmaceutical microbiology. There will also be a technical overview of the Pall GeneDisc® system, currently being validated for a number of industrial applications.

Based on the qPCR technology platform, the Pall GeneDisc system offers:

  • Same-day data, minimizing the need to operate manufacturing processes at risk

  • Organism-specific quantification of microbial contaminants, ensuring accurate and precise results

  • Highly reproducible data based on a novel 'consumable and instrument' design

  • Minimal operator-attended steps, thus minimizing errors and maximizing ease of use and consistency

Take time to attend the presentation, and discuss qPCR technology and its applications with Pall experts at Booth #15.
